- I want to focus on action steps. #1 could be a comment you make or something I could ask about ,and we could remove as “action.” I like having the practice exercises as an action step, as these are great ideas anyone can do if they are uncomfortable.

- Reduced text and put below, but let’s discuss tonight. I like your specific examples, we could waterfall the slides and do one at a time, or put them on different slides. We can also role play on the call, so people can sense how un-scary it really is. Everyone is there to network. It's not weird to say things like this This will get you used to talking to people you don't know
- Maybe #2 I can ask you about instead of having as an action step. #1 People love being asked for help if you ask in the right way, as long as it's not for a job. Also a role play opportunity.

- I think you have a great point that, you can reach out w.o. having it be a request. Maybe the practice exercise is to reach out 10 times and simply attempt to engage others on social media as you illustrate here. I love the idea of giving people low-risk, practice exercises. I met Lea on Twitter and we exchanged some tweets and now were doing a webinar together
