Successfully analyzed, formulated and provisioned ($30 million budget) site specific internet
relief strategies involving hundreds of locations in Bell Canada territory relieving and reducing
internet congestion.
Network Access Level 2 Support 20092015
Provided process support for Access Network Management and Associates including Fiber to
the Node (FTTN) and Fiber to the Home (FTTH).
● Assessed the viability of redundant cable removal, developed the complete process from
characterization to extraction and continued to manage the results over a 5 year period
(profitability, capital avoidance, contractor performance, recycler revenues, clearance of
safety issues). This recovery program provided over $30 million of additional revenue and
expanded into other geographic territories
● Project managed ($150 million budget) the provisioning of the FTTN Network in major
metropolitan areas of Bell Canada consisting of hundreds of sites. Provided detailed
reporting of progress to stakeholders, identified and cleared roadblocks to meet scheduled
timelines and budgets
● Developed, modified, documented and implemented work processes for FTTH, Support
Structures (SSA), Notice of Work, Manhole issues, Automated Crossconnect removals
and Scientific Research and Education tax credit documents used by 25,000 employees
across Canada. This led to consistency of process across the organization
