Video Sharing Example – YouTube

YouTube is the largest video sharing website in
the world.

YouTube allows you to:
   • Create a branded account
   • Upload unlimited videos
   • Reduce bandwidth
   • Receive comments and ratings
   • Advertise
   • Optimise titles, descriptions and
   Keywords
        This helps the video list in
        Universal Search
Photo Sharing Example – Flickr

Flickr is a large photo sharing website.

Flickr allows you to tag photos, set titles and
descriptions. Flickr images usually appear in
Google Image Search and are often used by
bloggers as a place to find images.

You can also find other peoples images on
Flickr.
Micro-blogging Example – Twitter

Twitter is a micro-blogging platform which
allows users to communicate with each other.

Twitter is great for:
    • Monitoring your online presence
    • Responding to queries and building relationships
    • Promoting an event
    •Targeting people with certain interests

StumbleUpon allows users to share web pages
with each other. Users can review and vote up
or down different websites and comment on
other peoples reviews. StumbleUpon can
create a conversation about your site without
you knowing and can also drive high levels of
traffic to a web page/website.

  • 8. Video Sharing Example – YouTube YouTube is the largest video sharing website in the world. YouTube allows you to: • Create a branded account • Upload unlimited videos • Reduce bandwidth • Receive comments and ratings • Advertise • Optimise titles, descriptions and Keywords This helps the video list in Universal Search
  • 9. Photo Sharing Example – Flickr Flickr is a large photo sharing website. Flickr allows you to tag photos, set titles and descriptions. Flickr images usually appear in Google Image Search and are often used by bloggers as a place to find images. You can also find other peoples images on Flickr.
