Gastrony uses Amazon Elastic Load Balancing which automatically distributes incoming
application trafļ¬c across multiple instances in the cloud. It enables you to achieve greater levels of
fault tolerance, seamlessly providing the required amount of load balancing capacity needed to

Gastrony also uses Amazon Cloud for server distribution in several zones world wide. This means
that in the event of a server crash, a backup site in another location is always ready to take over

Marketplaces
Marketplaces are the website/url or app customers visit to search for restaurants and order food
online. With Gastronyā€™s online ordering platform you can setup your fully branded marketplaces.ā€Ø

The large Swedish online pizza delivery hub pizza24.se have been using Gastronyā€™s platform since
the start. They have around 1000 pizzerias on the marketplace pizza24.se which until recent have
been their only brand. Now they want to expand and offer regular restaurants an online ordering
platform, but they do not want to put those new restaurants on the marketplace pizza24.se, hence
they are not pizzerias. They can now utilise Gastronyā€™s multiple brand module and add a new
marketplace for regular restaurants; which they did under the brand foode.se. ā€Ø

With our white label module you can upload your own graphical content such as background,

Regional support
The platform support any currency including bitcoins. The language ļ¬les are fully customisable
which enables you to have your marketplace in any language.
Geo Positioning
The geo position module make sure that your restaurants or food delivery partners receive the
correct address prior to delivery. The geo position module is regularly updated with address data
and works worldwide. For mobile devices or devices with GPS receiver (i.e.. smartphones and
tablets) the system automatically tracks the location of the customer ordering food.
Loyalty Program
Offer your restaurants a loyalty program. The platform support several loyalty campaigns such as
stamp collection and reward points collection with a reward points shop. ā€Ø

Stamp collectionā€Ø
Get a stamp for each order, when you have 10 stamp the cheapest dish on that order is free. With
this module you can specify max cost for a free dish and minimum order value to receive a stamp.
Customers can logon to your marketplace and see from which restaurants they have collected
stamps and number of stamps. You can choose if the restaurant or you as food ordering hub take
the cost for the free dish.ā€Ø

Reward pointsā€Ø
Reward loyal customers by giving back points or tokens they can use in the reward shop to buy gift
cards for food or other merchandise of your choice. The exchange value (money for points) are
speciļ¬ed by you. You can choose if the restaurant or you as food ordering hub take the cost for the
exchange of points.
User profile
A user can order food online from your restaurants by creating an account or anonymous without
creating an account. Regardless of if the user choose to create an account; a proļ¬le will be created
where the order is stored. If the user choose to create an account; the user will be able to see
reward points or stamps collected (if enabled), manage stored credit card data and see order

history. Should the user later choose to create an account, old orders on that same proļ¬le will
automatically attach to that account.
Facebook integration
Social media is a key for online success. At least we think so and that is why you can enable a
Facebook integration with your marketplace. By enable the Facebook module your users can
create an account with just one click and login to your marketplace via Facebook. If your users like
you on Facebook if will show on your marketplace as well.
Featured restaurants
Allow premium restaurants in each city to get a feature listing in your marketplace. Featured
restaurants will have an enormous exposure compared to non-featured restaurants. There are 3
featured spots in each city view which can be ļ¬xed or shared between featured restaurants. Let
them pay you a monthly fee to be listed as feature or give it out for free to premium restaurants in
the city, its up to you.ā€Ø
Delivery methods
Let your restaurant deliver by them self or help them with the delivery. The platform supports the
following delivery methods.ā€Ø
a) Restaurant own deliveryā€Ø
Delivery instructions will be sent to the restaurantā€™s Gastrony printer along with the food order.
The restaurant are responsible for their own delivery. Delivery areas and prices are set on each
restaurant. The customer will see the expected delivery time on the screen as a live
countdown.ā€Ø
b) Takeawayā€Ø
The customer picks up the food at the restaurant. ā€Ø
c) External delivery (i.e. taxi)ā€Ø
An external delivery partner will have a Gastrony printer. When a food order is places on a
restaurant with this delivery method the following will happen:
I. A request will be sent to the delivery partner asking when they can pickup the food (0-90
minutes) at the restaurant address. They conļ¬rm with a time.ā€Ø
II. A food order slip will be printed on the restaurants Gastrony printer. They conļ¬rm the pickup
time -or- add time to the pickup time speciļ¬ed in (I).ā€Ø
III. A pickup conļ¬rmation is printed on the delivery partners Gastrony printer with the conļ¬rmed
pickup time and the delivery address.ā€Ø
IV. The customer will see the expected delivery time on the screen as a live countdown.ā€Ø
d) Gastrony Open Driver (TM)ā€Ø
Gastrony Open Driver (TM) is our own ā€uber" crowdsourced delivery service. Let students, taxi
drivers, couriers, grandmothers, well anyone who wants to earn some extra money by delivery
your orders. There is only one requirement: a smartphone.ā€Ø

Banner support
Do you want to make extra cash on your marketplace by selling banners? No problem. We have
support for a variety of banner sizes which can be presented on landing page, city view or
restaurant view. You are able to choose from global banners for all cities or local banners for
speciļ¬c cities. You can also choose from ļ¬xed banners or rotate between several banners globally
or in a speciļ¬c city.
Discount codes
We support several discount code types in the system that users can enter in the checkout
process. Example of codes you or your restaurants can create: one time codes or speciļ¬c number
of time you can use a code. A code can be free drink or dish or discount in value or percentage.
You can specify if the value of the code shall be deducted from you as online food ordering system
or from the restaurants payout. All codes created by the restaurants themselves are always
deducted from restaurant payouts.
Review and Voting module
Let the restaurant customers review the restaurants after an successful order. User can rate a
restaurant one time per month if there are a prior order. Users a allowed to give up to 5 stars and
add a text piece that will be visible for other customers. Text pieces are not visible until moderated
and accepted by you. Restaurant are able to reply on a review if the BOBI module (back ofļ¬ce for
restaurants) is enabled.
Upselling module
Upselling is a sales technique whereby a seller induces the customer to purchase more expensive
items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more proļ¬table sale. If the upsell module
is activated the system will automatically try to upsell on orders. An example will be if there are 4
dishes but no drinks or only 3 sodas ordered, the system will recommend the user to buy more
soda. Another example is if there are desserts on the restaurant menu, and desserts are not
ordered; it will be recommended for the user.
Own domain names for individual restaurants
In the white label part we have described that you can use your own domain name for your online
food ordering system. But in addition to this, your individual restaurants can have their own domain
name. An example: You register ā€321thai.comā€ for one your restaurant ā€321 Thai Ltd.ā€ and map it in
the Gastrony platform. Later once a customer visit ā€321thai.comā€ (s)he will automatically redirect to
ā€321 Thai Ltd.ā€ā€™s menu in your marketplace. Offer your restaurants this feature for free or for a fee
of your choice. It will however for sure boost your SEO (search engine optimisation) if you map
several domain like this.
Top seller on restaurant
This module will show the top 3 selling dishes on each restaurant menu for the convenience of
your customers.

Build your own pizza
Activate this app for you pizza restaurants, and they will love you. Customers can build their own
pizza based on the ingredients available in the pizza restaurants (taken pizza menu) in a user
friendly interface. Once done it will be added to the cart. The price of the own built pizza will be set
by the restaurant based on a ground pizza and price per ingredient.
Save favourite
With this module returning customers can save a speciļ¬c shopping cart with their favourite food
and modiļ¬cations to the order. Next time they visit they are able to ļ¬ll the cart with one click from
the favourite menu. (Required that the user is logged in via normal login or Facebook)
Modification of pizza or dish (ingredients)
Are a customer allergic to nuts or just don't like tomatoes? No problem as dishes are modiļ¬able
prior to they are put in the shopping cart. A customer can remove or add ingredients on dished
marked as modiļ¬able dishes such as pizzas etc. The price for modiļ¬ed dishes can be set with a
variety of options.
Photo menu
Let restaurants upload a nice photo of each dish in their menu to increase sale. Allow them to do
this free or for a fee. Photos of dishes can increase sales. Uploaded photos are distributed through
our CDN and delivered to customers via local servers for maximum usability and performance.
Associated menu items
Do restaurants want to give out a free drink if they order a pizza? No problem. The restaurant are
able to associate menu items as they like. Example: Free coke if large pizza, choose type of bread
for the sandwich etc.ā€Ø
Delayed delivery
Let users choose when they want delivery. A user can choose a delivery time up until 30 minutes
before the restaurant close delivery. A delayed delivery order will be sent out with a special notice
about delayed delivery to the restaurants order box.
Opening hours
Specify opening hours on each restaurants and delivery partners. Only restaurants open and/or
ready for delivery will be visible as online on your marketplace. Closed restaurants will be shown in
another section to avoid non expeditable online orders.
Optimised for top ranking
The marketplace is built by Gastrony with focus on usability, performance and search engine
optimisation. Your marketplace will automatically be held updated with the latest technology for

Live chat
Allow customers and / or restaurants to live chat with your support team. Live chat is proven to

Payment System (inbound)
Let customers choose from multiple payment options
Visa / MasterCard/Amex (Stripe)
Connect your Stripe account to enable Visa, MasterCard and Diners payments direct in the
platform. With the Stripe integration, customers credit card number is securely stored in the
platform which makes the checkout process very smooth.
Visa / MasterCard/Amex/Diners (PayPal Express Checkout)
Connect your Paypal account to enable Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners via the Paypal
express checkout system. The user will be redirected to Paypal to complete the order.
Visa / MasterCard/Amex/Diners (Bambora)
Connect your Bambora account to enable Visa, MasterCard and Diners payments direct in the
platform. With the Bambora integration, customers credit card number is securely stored in the
platform which makes the checkout process very smooth.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Enable COD for restaurants who handle the delivery by themselves. With this payment method the
customer pays direct to the restaurant on delivery.
Paypal
Connect your Paypal account to enable Paypal payments. The user will be redirected to Paypal to
complete the order.
BitCoin
Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks; managing
transactions and the issuing of bitcoins is carried out collectively by the network. Bitcoin is open-
source; its design is public, nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part. Through
many of its unique properties, Bitcoin allows exciting uses that could not be covered by any

Third Party Visa/MC Processing of (own integration)
If you wish to use any other third party processor for Visa or MasterCard just let us know. Our
platform is designed to work with almost any third party payment solution on the market.
Payout System (outbound)
Pay your restaurants for orders, deduct your commission. Several of our payout modules makes
the payout process seamless.
Reports module
This module contains a variety of reports for handling manual or automatic payouts to connected
restaurants. The reports reļ¬‚ect sales for the given payout period in total or for a speciļ¬c restaurant.
The reports contains that high level of detail that will make your CFO or accountant super-happy.
As the platform grows, new reports will become available to cover the speciļ¬c new part of the
platform.
Invoicing & deduction module
Once you do a payout to a restaurant, all fees you have setup in the platform are deducted from
that payout and an invoice is sent to the restaurant via email, regular mail or BOBI (if enabled).ā€Ø

Support for third party invoice printing and accounting are available.
Bank module (create custom bank file)
With the bank module, the system will automatically create a ļ¬le containing all payouts which you
can upload to your bank for automation of payouts. This is highly recommended for all online food

Restaurant Admin Panel (GRAP)
GRAP is the admin panel for restaurants. Every restaurant get an own unique login to GRAP
where they can manage their restaurant within the platform.

Dashboard with sales statistics in numbers and graphs for a speciļ¬c restaurants.
See and modify delivery areas
In GRAP restaurants can see and if they have own delivery; modify their delivery area via our
delivery area module. The module utilises google maps which restaurants can draw polygon boxes
over to set delivery area, price etc. for each speciļ¬c polygon box.

Payout reports
A section where restaurants can download payout speciļ¬cation and see expected amount of
upcoming payouts from you. The speciļ¬cations provided here are reviewed and approved by
accounting ļ¬rms to meet all requirement for international bookkeeping.
Review system (responses)
If a customer leaves feedback on a restaurant in the review system; the restaurant are able to read
and response to that anonymous feedback within GRAP. Restaurant responses are moderated
before published as a response in the public accessible review system.

Customer Relation Management (CRM)
The system includes a CRM system which gives you and your sales team everything you need to
get new business as well as maintain you current restaurants.
Sales Campaign Management (SCM)
Create sales campaigns for speciļ¬c geographical areas, assign the campaign to an individual or
group of sales representatives and set due date. Now your sales team know which restaurants in
that are they have contacted, they can see sales status and commission.
Cloud storage of documents
Once you get a menu, agreement or other document from a restaurant, you can choose to store
that document digitally in our cloud (hosted by Amazon). You can choose from scan and upload the
document manually, or use our PC Windows Desktop application for scanning and uploading the
document, and attach that to a speciļ¬c restaurant. This way every document you need is just a few
clicks away.
Budget, Commission and Salary management
Set a budget on an individual sales representative or team. Manage commission on sales. Search
download report for salary management.
Sales manager tracking
Let your sales representatives login and see their current budget which you can set for every
month and unique for every sales representative or team. They can track their progress as they go
from a web browser or smartphone.
External sales commissioning
Do you have an external sales force? No problem. Assign the sales agency a user, give them strict
external access and let them access only the parts in the CRM system that shows their activity.

Logistics (Gastrony printer tracking etc)
The module allows you to track shipment in a web interface which was sent out via the Gastrony
Windows Desktop Proļ¬ler. Support for shipments via Postnord, DHL and UPS.
Snail mail module (Membit)
Normally payout speciļ¬cations are sent out to restaurants via e-mail. This module let you choose
to send out printed payout specs to restaurants via regular ground or air mail once a payout is
created. You can also choose to debit the restaurant for this service per mail.
Telemarketing interface
In easy interface for telemarketing. A prospect is popping up for the sales representative within the
sales campaign and relevant information is displayed. Should the prospect be interested a click of
a button sends this prospect to post-sales division or sends out an agreement.
SIP IP-Telephony module
Compatible with the Telemarketing interface. Once a new prospect is displayed a click of a button
establish a SIP connection to the sales representatives phone which speeds up the ā€dial timeā€
between calls. With this module your sales team donā€™t have to waste time on dialling phone
numbers.
E-mailing module
Send out newsletter or other material via email with this in-platform module. You can choose to
send emails to your restaurants or your customers.
Mail chimp module
Use mail chimp to automatically collect email addresses from your checkout page. If you enable
this module, an extra checkbox will be displayed on the checkout form; ā€Sign me up to our
newsletterā€. You can then use mail chimp to send out nice looking user friendly newsletters to your
customers.
Live chat module (integration to different operators)
Allow customers and / or restaurants to live chat with your support team. Live chat is proven to
close deals faster and more inexpensive than phone support.

Gastrony Printer management
List gastrony printers connected to a speciļ¬c restaurant, see connection strength, last connected

SKU module
Sell your own things to your restaurants, and deduct the fee from their payouts. With the SKU

polygon boxes the problem of large zip codes disappear. You can choose delivery area down to a
block or intersection.
Restaurant messaging module
Do you want to send a message, invoice, payout specs to all your restaurants? Gastronyā€™s
messaging module allows you to send messages to a speciļ¬c Gastrony Printer, All Gastrony
printers in a speciļ¬c city or all printers in the platform.
Full screen external dashboard monitor
Tell us which CEO or CFO that don't love to see sales stats on a live monitor in the ofļ¬ce. The
Gastrony platform offers a variety of live fullscreen dashboards, including track orders, new

Invoice system
The system can create invoices to customers with a credit limit (i.e. companies) or to restaurants
where funds have been deducted from the payout or an due invoice where funds were insufļ¬cient

Gastrony Printer
Make it seamless and easy for your restaurants. Place the Gastrony Printer in your restaurantsā€™
POS environment. Once they receive a new order trough your platform, the Gastrony Printer will
beep and print out the order. The restaurant then conļ¬rms delivery time which is nicely presented
for the customer in the web or smartphone interface.
Gastrony Printers GPRS
This printer is connecting to our platform via the cellular network (GPRS) and the only thing your
restaurants needs to provide is power. The printer has a backup battery in case of power outage.
An LCD display combined with an integrated keyboard lets restaurants manage new orders, re-
print orders or print out sales reports. The printed order slip can after order conļ¬rmation be passed
to the kitchen or the restaurants can have 2 Gastrony Printers one in the POS environment and
one in the Kitchen.ā€Ø

The GPRS printers comes with 3 options.
1. EU GPRS Subscriptionā€Ø
A cellular data SIM card is pre-installed in the Gastrony Printer which can be used in most EU
countries. The mobile carrier is Telenor but with a roaming agreement within EU for optimal
coverage.ā€Ø
2. US GPRS Subscriptionā€Ø
A cellular data SIM card is pre-installed in the Gastrony Printer which can be used in USA. The
mobile carrier is Verizon.ā€Ø
3. Own SIM cardā€Ø
Make a deal with a mobile carrier of your choice or use pre-paid SIM cards.
WiFi / LAN version
Ultrafast prints and communication. This printer is connecting to our platform via the internet, either
via a Local Area Network (Ethernet) cable or via WiFi. The restaurant must have their own internet
connection to use this version of the Gastrony Printer. The printer has a backup battery in case of

Virtual printer (with callcenter support)
Should you not want a hardware printer, and let the restaurants monitor incoming orders via e web-
interface, this is the module you want. This module is live connected to
Gastrony Windows Desktop Profiler
Windows Application which let you add Gastrony Printers to your inventory by scanning the
barcodes on the Gastrony Printers. The app also lets you map speciļ¬c Gastrony Printers to
speciļ¬c restaurants. Support for Dymo label printing, DHL, UPS and Postnord printing of shipping
labels. With this app you are also able to upgrade the ļ¬rmware of the Gastrony Printers.

Drone Delivery (in progress)
OpenDriver is a major step towards cost-effective food delivery compared to in house or external
delivery trough taxi or courier service. But we want to try to take this one step further with semi-
automated drone delivery of food in urban cities.
FAA Regulations
The current ļ¬‚ight regulations prohibits IFR drone delivery in many countries as it is now (only VFR
delivery are allowed), but it will be allowed when regulations are written into law. In the meanwhile
we are developing a platform to handle IFR drone delivery securely and cost effective.

What is open driver?
Gastrony Open Driver (TM) is our own ā€uber" crowdsourced delivery service. Start your own
delivery service or let students, taxi drivers, couriers, grandmothers, well anyone who wants to
earn some extra money by delivery your orders. There is only one requirement: a smartphone.
Gastrony Open Driver order flow
This describes the Open Driver order ļ¬‚ow in detail.
I. A food order is placed by a customer on a restaurant which has Open Driver as delivery
method.ā€Ø
II. The system starts searching for smartphones with the Open Driver app installed that are close
to the restaurant. If a phone is found a push notiļ¬cation is sent to that device asking the driver
if they want the delivery assignment.If they decline or donā€™t answer within seconds, a new
search will start.ā€Ø
III. The driver conļ¬rms with a time when they can be at the restaurantā€Ø
IV. An order slip is printed on the Gastrony printer located in the restaurant with order information
and expected pickup time by the driver. The restaurant can conļ¬rm or add time.ā€Ø
V. The driver arrives on time and pickup the delivery at the restaurant, followed by a delivery to
the customer.ā€Ø
VI. Once the order is delivered the driver mark the order as delivered in the app and received the
delivery fee.
Trackable order
Every order placed within Gastrony Open Driver is fully trackable for the customer. The customer
will see a real time progress bar after the food order is placed where they can follow the different
steps in the order ļ¬‚ow.

iPhone App
OpenDriver is an app available for iPhone and Android that connects the external drivers to one or
several restaurants. In this way you can offer delivery to restaurants that previously would
otherwise only been able to offer takeaway to their customers. By using OpenDrivers you can
increase both your own and the restaurant's sales with an expanded availability by use of
crowdsourced drivers.
Let anyone deliver your orders
The application can be used by anyone anywhere (crowdsourced). As driver you earn a ļ¬xed
amount per order, which is calculated by that drivers speciļ¬c delivery area fee. The more drivers
you have the more you can push down the feeĀ“s for delivery and create competitiveness among
drivers.
Relation system
There are also possibilities for a speciļ¬c restaurant to use a speciļ¬c driver. If the restaurant and
driver wants to conclude their own deals and agreements. An example is if a restaurant wants to
use their own drivers during the day with a ļ¬xed delivery fee, but Ope Drivers (crowdsourced)
during the evening.
Realtime requirement and demand status
When the drivers are using the app they can observe realtime heat maps of the current order ļ¬‚ow
to give an indication as to where the most order are placed. By the use of this information the
drivers can get a better overview of where they are supposed to be waiting geographically to
optimize delivery and earnings. The price for a delivery is calculated by and demand and
availability formula wheres high demand and low availability equals to higher delivery fees.

The app allows drivers to constantly see how much it has earned during the day, changing its
delivery fees and -areas for customers and many other settings. In this way, drivers compete with
each other's prices to get more orders.
Pickup and deliver orders with a touch
OpenDriver is an app that connects the external drivers to one or several restaurants. When the
driver is logged onto the app, he or she can directly receive orders from restaurants as they are
connected to. When the driver is assigned a new order, he or she is notiļ¬ed directly in the app.
Thereafter, the driver either accept the order with a response time they will think it will take to get
the to the pickup location or deny the order. If the order is accepted it is send to the restaurant
where they can accept or adding time to the drivers response time. The restaurant can then focus
on preparing the food, while driver gets a response in the app when exactly he is supposed to be
at the pickup location. If the order is denied by the driver it goes on to the next connected driver.

Text pieces are not visible until moderated and accepted by you. Restaurant are able to reply on a review if the BOBI module (back ofļ¬ce for restaurants) is enabled. Upselling module Upselling is a sales technique whereby a seller induces the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more proļ¬table sale. If the upsell module is activated the system will automatically try to upsell on orders. An example will be if there are 4 dishes but no drinks or only 3 sodas ordered, the system will recommend the user to buy more soda. Another example is if there are desserts on the restaurant menu, and desserts are not ordered; it will be recommended for the user. Own domain names for individual restaurants In the white label part we have described that you can use your own domain name for your online food ordering system. But in addition to this, your individual restaurants can have their own domain name. An example: You register ā€321thai.comā€ for one your restaurant ā€321 Thai Ltd.ā€ and map it in the Gastrony platform. Later once a customer visit ā€321thai.comā€ (s)he will automatically redirect to ā€321 Thai Ltd.ā€ā€™s menu in your marketplace. Associated menu items Do restaurants want to give out a free drink if they order a pizza? No problem. The restaurant are able to associate menu items as they like. A user can choose a delivery time up until 30 minutes before the restaurant close delivery. Several of our payout modules makes the payout process seamless. Reports module This module contains a variety of reports for handling manual or automatic payouts to connected restaurants. The reports reļ¬‚ect sales for the given payout period in total or for a speciļ¬c restaurant. The reports contains that high level of detail that will make your CFO or accountant super-happy. As the platform grows, new reports will become available to cover the speciļ¬c new part of the platform. Invoicing & deduction module Once you do a payout to a restaurant, all fees you have setup in the platform are deducted from that payout and an invoice is sent to the restaurant via email, regular mail or BOBI (if enabled).ā€Ø ā€Ø Support for third party invoice printing and accounting are available. Gastrony Printers GPRS This printer is connecting to our platform via the cellular network (GPRS) and the only thing your restaurants needs to provide is power. The printer has a backup battery in case of power outage. An LCD display combined with an integrated keyboard lets restaurants manage new orders, re- print orders or print out sales reports. The printed order slip can after order conļ¬rmation be passed to the kitchen or the restaurants can have 2 Gastrony Printers one in the POS environment and one in the Kitchen.ā€Ø ā€Ø The GPRS printers comes with 3 options. 1. EU GPRS Subscriptionā€Ø A cellular data SIM card is pre-installed in the Gastrony Printer which can be used in most EU countries. But we want to try to take this one step further with semi- automated drone delivery of food in urban cities. FAA Regulations The current ļ¬‚ight regulations prohibits IFR drone delivery in many countries as it is now (only VFR delivery are allowed), but it will be allowed when regulations are written into law. Gastrony Open Driver (TM) is our own ā€uber" crowdsourced delivery service. Start your own delivery service or let students, taxi drivers, couriers, grandmothers, well anyone who wants to earn some extra money by delivery your orders. There is only one requirement: a smartphone. Gastrony Open Driver order flow This describes the Open Driver order ļ¬‚ow in detail. I. A food order is placed by a customer on a restaurant which has Open Driver as delivery method.ā€Ø II. The system starts searching for smartphones with the Open Driver app installed that are close to the restaurant. If a phone is found a push notiļ¬cation is sent to that device asking the driver if they want the delivery assignment.If they decline or donā€™t answer within seconds, a new search will start.ā€Ø III. The driver conļ¬rms with a time when they can be at the restaurantā€Ø IV. An order slip is printed on the Gastrony printer located in the restaurant with order information and expected pickup time by the driver. The restaurant can conļ¬rm or add time.ā€Ø V. The driver arrives on time and pickup the delivery at the restaurant, followed by a delivery to the customer.ā€Ø VI. Once the order is delivered the driver mark the order as delivered in the app and received the delivery fee. Trackable order Every order placed within Gastrony Open Driver is fully trackable for the customer.   • 17. ā€Ø iPhone App OpenDriver is an app available for iPhone and Android that connects the external drivers to one or several restaurants. In this way you can offer delivery to restaurants that previously would otherwise only been able to offer takeaway to their customers. By using OpenDrivers you can increase both your own and the restaurant's sales with an expanded availability by use of crowdsourced drivers. Let anyone deliver your orders The application can be used by anyone anywhere (crowdsourced). As driver you earn a ļ¬xed amount per order, which is calculated by that drivers speciļ¬c delivery area fee. The more drivers you have the more you can push down the feeĀ“s for delivery and create competitiveness among drivers. Relation system There are also possibilities for a speciļ¬c restaurant to use a speciļ¬c driver. If the restaurant and driver wants to conclude their own deals and agreements. An example is if a restaurant wants to use their own drivers during the day with a ļ¬xed delivery fee, but Ope Drivers (crowdsourced) during the evening. Realtime requirement and demand status When the drivers are using the app they can observe realtime heat maps of the current order ļ¬‚ow to give an indication as to where the most order are placed. By the use of this information the drivers can get a better overview of where they are supposed to be waiting geographically to optimize delivery and earnings. The price for a delivery is calculated by and demand and availability formula wheres high demand and low availability equals to higher delivery fees. In this way, drivers compete with each other's prices to get more orders. Pickup and deliver orders with a touch OpenDriver is an app that connects the external drivers to one or several restaurants. When the driver is logged onto the app, he or she can directly receive orders from restaurants as they are connected to. When the driver is assigned a new order, he or she is notiļ¬ed directly in the app. Thereafter, the driver either accept the order with a response time they will think it will take to get the to the pickup location or deny the order. If the order is accepted it is send to the restaurant where they can accept or adding time to the drivers response time. The restaurant can then focus on preparing the food, while driver gets a response in the app when exactly he is supposed to be at the pickup location.
