Identification of Learners with below 80% Grades for Quarter 2 & reason/s behind B. Identification of the causes for Learners to get below 80% C. Making of interventions and remedial learning materials - To compute and assess learners’ class performance through their grades - To identify the reasons/causes of learners’ poor class performance. - To make the intervention and remediation learning materials -Learners’ class performance is computed and assessed.   • 2. D. Implementation of the Intervention and Remediation E. Monitoring Learners’ Class Performance -To improve/increase the grades/ratings of the learners for the next quarters through given interventions and strategies -To increase involvement of parents, guardians and other learning facilitator at home in the intervention and remediation -To monitor the learners’ class performance -Group the learners with below 80% rating on the formative/summative within the class. -Give the interventions/remedial activities every Friday on the same class schedule. -Peer Teaching and Buddy System will be applied. Parents will be acknowledged of being teacher’s partners in enhancing the class performance of the learner and that, they must be oriented of the learning materials and follow up their own child’s work. -Teachers will monitor learners’ performance in the remedial class every Friday of the week. -In case, a learner is habitually absent, provide the intervention material and - Science Teachers - Learners - Parents - Guardians - Other Learning Facilitators - School Principal - Peer/Buddy - Science Teachers - Learners - Parents - Guardians - Other Learning Facilitators - School Principal Every Friday of the Week for Q3 & Q4 Throughout Q3 and Q4 (Every Friday of the Week) MOOE MOOE - 85%-90% of the learners identified should have improved - 85%-90% of the learners identified should have improved
