The Challenge
Tiller Digital wanted to use case
studies in their sales process, but
didn’t have the time to babysit
freelancers or third-party vendors.
Although clients were always sharing
positive feedback, Tiller lacked a
process for capturing detailed
quotes.
We’d had some contractors produce assets for our projects in the
past, but it always felt like we had to do a lot of project
management. So to get a team of experts to talk to my customers
and ask them about their experience would be so valuable.
