USING PHOTOSHOP CC
● JPEG or JPG are lossy compressed RGB Photos
● PNG extensions are lossless compressed RGBA Photos (with Alpha transparent
layer)
● PSD are uncompressed Photoshop Documents that can include multiple layers.
Importing PSDs to Premiere Pro, we can create either Sessions with seperate
multilayers or a whole Photo of the PSD session by merging down the layers with a
click)

PREMIERE PRO
Instagram: Square Videos are usually : 1080 x 1080 pixels (25 frames per second), square
pixel, Progressive scan (no field), max 30 sec | InstaStories: are reversed Full-HD videos:
1080 x 1920 pixels (25 frames per second), Progressive scan, with a duration of 15 sec
max.
YouTube: 8K, 4K (3840x2160), Full-HD Videos: 1920 x 1080 pixels (25 frames per
second), square pixel, Progressive scan, duration 10+ hours!
Facebook: 8K, 4K, Full-HD, reversed Full-HD, Square, or HD/semi-HD Videos: 1280 x 720
pixels (25 frames per second), square pixel, Progressive scan, duration of 240 min

9. For the Internet, it is best to export our video clips with the H.264 codec to a
.MP4 extension
For High Resolution videos, it is recommended to export our video clips with
Quicktime (Animation, ProRes 444/422) codec to a .MOV extension
