Joseph Davis was hired over 10 years ago to manage a Wells Fargo branch and immediately made friends with both customers and staff across economic and educational backgrounds. He encouraged young employees to advance themselves through education and helped one writer obtain securities licenses, leading to success as a top private banker. Any bank would benefit from Joseph's talents in team building and training.

To Whom It May Concern:
I first met Joseph Davis over 10 years ago when he was hired to be the
manager of Wells Fargo Bank at Piedmont Highland.
He entered one of the wealthiest and aged branches and immediately made
friends with our clientele and staff. He showed the ability to bridge all
economic and educational backgrounds and find a common ground. I believe
that this is one of his most precious gifts.
He was always encouraging the young tellers and bankers and would help
them look at ways to advance themselves within the company and continue
their education.
He actually encouraged meto become a Private Banker and obtain my Series 7
and 66 securities licenses. I am pleased that I listened to his coaching, as I am
consistently one of the top rated Private Bankers in my market.
Joseph is patient, kind and always keeps a positive attitude even when the
situation around him is not optimal.
Any bank would be fortunate to have him in a position to share his gift of
bringing team members together and sharing his talents to train and further
their advancement.
