• Zoom unifies cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings, and
group messaging into one easy-to-use platform.
3. Step 1: Download Desktop App
• Go to

4. Step 2: Create an account
• Once you create an
account go to your
email to activate the
account
5. Step 3: Sign in to account
• New Meeting: Start a new meeting by
clicking the downwards arrow.
• Join: Join a meeting that is in progress.
• Schedule: Setup a future meeting.
• Share Screen: Share your computer
screen in Zoom Room by entering in the
sharing key or meeting ID.
6. Access Chat Tab
• Click the Chat tab to
view conversations with
your contacts or group
conversations.
7. Access Meeting Tab
• Click the Meetings tab
and click Upcoming to
view, start, edit, and
delete scheduled
meetings. The Record
option will display a list
of meetings you
recorded.
9. In-Meeting Controls
• Once you have started or
joined a meeting, you can
access the meeting controls
located at the bottom of the
meeting window (move
your mouse in the Zoom
window to display meeting
controls).
