  8. 8. Common sense is your no.1 tool. 1. Slow down and walk through the process from a users perspective. Imagine that the users are you at your least sober moment. 3. Break down the tasks into more step-by- step detailed subtask. • When are they likely to get frustrated? • How can we anticipate their needs? • How can we speed up their learning process? Task Analysis 2. Identify all the major task a user needs to accomplish.
