Professional Experience
Project Planning and Execution
• Led an organization with 4 full time staff, 20 support staff ,300+ volunteers and annual
budget of 400k+.
• Led and assisted the design, development and completion of three building projects for
non-profits that resulted in 1400+ volunteer hours.
• Created community marketing events resulting in 600+ participants to Michiana Camp
with over 50% as first- time guest.
• Implemented marketing plan that included new community awareness yielding a 30%
increase in new campers, 900% in social media following, and doubled individual donor
base.
• Created and hosted display booths for Expo for Women, Berrien County Fair, South
Bend Camp Fair, Ladies Day Out, and many Christian conventions.
• Developed and led the implementation of new systems, events and programs. An
example is the implementation of an online registration process for 700+ campers, online
volunteer training for 300+ volunteers, as well as the design and execution of many youth
and adult education opportunities.
Leadership and Development

• As a certified facilitator by Experiential Systems, led teams and individuals through team
building exercises (including low level initiatives, high ropes course, zip line, and cave
exploration).

• Led two humanitarian group trips to New Orleans, help build a home in Juárez, Mexico,
led a team to build walls for Habitat home as well as many other local volunteer
