INTERVIEW OF PRANAV MISTRY 
Interviewer: - Jigish Solanki 
(110210116043)
Hello Friends, My Name is Jigish Solanki, 
Study in GEC Bhavnagar, in Information 
Technology branch. 
I was meet Sir Pranav Ji, and requested for 
interview, and he agree for it. 
I asked him some basic questions of their 
success and confidence, and note down his 
answers and present here.
Q.1 HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? 
Actually Friends, Experience is good to reach 
to your desire goal, basically I’m from 
Palanpur, and I was very close to computer 
hardware and software when I’m child. 
I try to experiment in my old computer, 
sometimes when I’m alone in home, just 
open my cpu and watch what’s that basically.
Q.2 HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK? 
I never be serious for my work or project, all 
time I am trying my best to learn something 
new or invent new hardware for people’s 
hard work. 
Work is never any type of mission for me, I 
am always concentrate on my work as my 
Desire Goal and vision.
Q.3 ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT ARE THE 
QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL 
EMPLOY? 
To become a Successful Employ you must 
follow some of rules. I write one Book, and 
write some tips. 
Mostly I suggest my friends and other 
employees, to be frank with all people, and 
always listen view of other person, It will help 
you choose right decision.
Q.4 DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL 
CAREER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME 
CHALLENGES 
Yes, not only one time, many times I faced 
many unexpected problems. In college time, 
many time my professors reject my projects, 
because they just think this is completely 
impossible, same thing face in company 
when I went for job interview.
Q.5 ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB 
SATISFACTION? 
That’s My favorite question, Job satisfaction 
is very important to be a good person and 
enjoy your life, My job Satisfaction is Enjoy 
my work 
In many of my seminars, I suggest people job 
Satisfaction, Job satisfaction means in which 
work you can feel good, you can enjoy, If you 
are not satisfy by your work than you can’t 
be happy.
Q.6 DO YOU BELIEVE IN REWARD OR 
OPPORTUNITY? 
I think opportunity and reward is best and 
needed for any employee. Opportunity is 
need to do your best work. And reward will 
provide confidence to do more best than 
earlier work.
Q.7 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT 
HAVE FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT WORKING 
ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO 
YOU MAKE THEM WORK? 
Yes Many Times, In my career's starting time, 
when I’m project manager, many times my 
juniors not work well as my expectation, they 
were just ignore me and my order, 
sometimes I have to work hard to complete 
project. Than in few times, they all be good 
and work together.
Q.8 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT 
HAVE FACED YOUR SENIORS OR AUTHORITIES ARE 
NOT SUPPORTING ACCORDING TO YOUR 
EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM 
CONVINCE? 
Actually, all Employee have to face this type 
of problems, many times my senior can’t 
understand what I want to tell them about 
project, and don’t support my decision or 
suggestion, I was try my best to tell them 
what I think, but sometimes it’s really so 
hard to convince.
Q.9 SIR.. ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT IS 
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATION 
AND HOW DO YOU RELATE IT TO SOCIETY? 
Actually, I don’t think it’s my contribution, I 
like to tell it my effort, I am always try my 
best to give something best to my society 
and my company. We have to know all person 
have different qualities, someone can built 
best, some best in driving, we all have to use 
our own skill to give happiness and help to 
others, that’s not constribution.
Q.10 CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR 
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU 
DEMONSTRATE "YOU CAN DO" ATTITUDE AND 
"OVERCOME THE FEAR OF FAILURE"? 
Actually there are many examples in which I 
feel fear for my work, but I try my best to 
complete my best project. 
My first and best example is Interaction with 
computer without mouse, just use fingers to 
move mouse pointer.
Q.11 WHAT IS SHORT TERM VISION? AND 
WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM VISION? 
My short term vision is help to my employee 
and friends. 
And my long term vision is always be best 
for my organization and my socity.
Q.12 WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE AND ADVICE 
FOR THE FUTURE ENGINEERS OR ANY 
SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUTH? 
My advice to youth is 
Just listen your heart and do your work best, 
because we have some quality, which need 
others, and other’s quality need by us.
Q.13 SIR WILL YOU PLEASE SHARE ANY LIFE 
EXPERIENCE OF YOURS, WHICH YOU FEEL 
MAKES YOU A SUCCESSFUL PERSON? 
Here is my one best experience which inspire 
me to be developer. One day my computer 
teacher told me, I don’t have any type of 
knowledge of computer, and that day I 
decided to be best in software and be a best 
developer.

  • 2. Hello Friends, My Name is Jigish Solanki, Study in GEC Bhavnagar, in Information Technology branch. I was meet Sir Pranav Ji, and requested for interview, and he agree for it. I asked him some basic questions of their success and confidence, and note down his answers and present here.
  • 3. Q.1 HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? Actually Friends, Experience is good to reach to your desire goal, basically I’m from Palanpur, and I was very close to computer hardware and software when I’m child. I try to experiment in my old computer, sometimes when I’m alone in home, just open my cpu and watch what’s that basically.
  • 4. Q.2 HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK? I never be serious for my work or project, all time I am trying my best to learn something new or invent new hardware for people’s hard work. Work is never any type of mission for me, I am always concentrate on my work as my Desire Goal and vision.
  • 5. Q.3 ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL EMPLOY? To become a Successful Employ you must follow some of rules. I write one Book, and write some tips. Mostly I suggest my friends and other employees, to be frank with all people, and always listen view of other person, It will help you choose right decision.
  • 6. Q.4 DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL CAREER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME CHALLENGES Yes, not only one time, many times I faced many unexpected problems. In college time, many time my professors reject my projects, because they just think this is completely impossible, same thing face in company when I went for job interview.
  • 7. Q.5 ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB SATISFACTION? That’s My favorite question, Job satisfaction is very important to be a good person and enjoy your life, My job Satisfaction is Enjoy my work In many of my seminars, I suggest people job Satisfaction, Job satisfaction means in which work you can feel good, you can enjoy, If you are not satisfy by your work than you can’t be happy.
  • 8. Q.6 DO YOU BELIEVE IN REWARD OR OPPORTUNITY? I think opportunity and reward is best and needed for any employee. Opportunity is need to do your best work. And reward will provide confidence to do more best than earlier work.
  • 9. Q.7 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT WORKING ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM WORK? Yes Many Times, In my career's starting time, when I’m project manager, many times my juniors not work well as my expectation, they were just ignore me and my order, sometimes I have to work hard to complete project. Than in few times, they all be good and work together.
  • 10. Q.8 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR SENIORS OR AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SUPPORTING ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM CONVINCE? Actually, all Employee have to face this type of problems, many times my senior can’t understand what I want to tell them about project, and don’t support my decision or suggestion, I was try my best to tell them what I think, but sometimes it’s really so hard to convince.
  • 11. Q.9 SIR.. ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT IS YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATION AND HOW DO YOU RELATE IT TO SOCIETY? Actually, I don’t think it’s my contribution, I like to tell it my effort, I am always try my best to give something best to my society and my company. We have to know all person have different qualities, someone can built best, some best in driving, we all have to use our own skill to give happiness and help to others, that’s not constribution.
  • 12. Q.10 CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU DEMONSTRATE "YOU CAN DO" ATTITUDE AND "OVERCOME THE FEAR OF FAILURE"? Actually there are many examples in which I feel fear for my work, but I try my best to complete my best project. My first and best example is Interaction with computer without mouse, just use fingers to move mouse pointer.
  • 13. Q.11 WHAT IS SHORT TERM VISION? AND WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM VISION? My short term vision is help to my employee and friends. And my long term vision is always be best for my organization and my socity.
  • 14. Q.12 WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE AND ADVICE FOR THE FUTURE ENGINEERS OR ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUTH? My advice to youth is Just listen your heart and do your work best, because we have some quality, which need others, and other’s quality need by us.
  • 15. Q.13 SIR WILL YOU PLEASE SHARE ANY LIFE EXPERIENCE OF YOURS, WHICH YOU FEEL MAKES YOU A SUCCESSFUL PERSON? Here is my one best experience which inspire me to be developer. One day my computer teacher told me, I don’t have any type of knowledge of computer, and that day I decided to be best in software and be a best developer.
