FOUR SEASONS RESORT — Concierge, 1/99 to 2/00
Achieving the impossible as a concierge for a 350 guest luxury resort and spa with time share. Responsible for setting
the tone and image of the hotel, exercising judgment while handling guest inquiries, and respecting privacy and
a nonymity of guests.
