To Whom it May Concern:
It is our company policy not to give recommendations, so I am taking this opportunity to provide Jessica
Stom with a personal recommendation.
I supervised Jessica for a couple of years. She was my most valued employee. Consistently on time for
work, seldom called in sick (several times she would come to work not feeling well and I would send her
home, under protest) and always pleasant. She is the only employee I have ever supervised who never
received one complaint. Quite the opposite. I received many comments about how our clients enjoyed
coming in to the office iffor no other reason than to see and talk with Jessica. She is always upbeat and
friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the client. If she is unsure how to do that, she is very
comfortable taking the time to figure it out and make sure that they are satisfied with their trip to our
office when they leave.
So, if you are looking for a happy, dependable employee who always gives 110% to their job, Jessica is
your new employee. I know you will be as happy to be her supervisor as I have been.
