I am currently working as a research analyst at Eighty20 Consulting based in Cape Town, South Africa. At Eighty20 we focus on strategy, research and analytics to help our clients understand their customers better and to implement customer centric solutions. My focus area is on research related to the low-income, emerging market in Africa. Two of my key research areas include financial inclusion and affordable housing. My passion lies in shaping people's perceptions about the low-income, emerging market and, in doing so, helping our clients improve how they serve and develop products for this market.
