This letter is to serve as a reference for Jesse Hall. I currently serve as a Supervisor of Client Services and
Jesse worked as a Customer Service Specialist. Jesse had worked for our department for five months and
had served very well during her time here.
Jesse displayed a professional demeanor and was very conscientious about her work; she was punctual
and was willing to take on extra tasks. In her current position, Jesse was responsible for assisting parents
and students with obtaining financial assistance for college and helped the students maintain their
financial aid. She assisted with answering phone calls and greeting the parents and students as they came
into the office.
Her work in serving customers was done very well. Jesse was carefulto understand what the customer
needed and did what was necessary to assist the customer. She was well-liked and respected by her co-
workers and by customers, both, internal and external. Jesse was an asset to this organization and would
be considered “rehireable.”
