While working as a journalist (newspaper) I have won awards for my photography and investigative reporting. As the principal writer and on-air anchor for weekly news coverage of the Georgia Legislature, I contributed significantly to our presentation of an Emmy Award (GA) for Best Educational News Program (GPTV-ATL.)
