workers using bicycle to go to work
and Cyclist to repair their bike
without going to the bike shop.
Because now we are in the midst
of pandemic we are not allowed to
go outside if we don’t have a
important things to do. And to add
convenience to a busy person.
BIKE REPAIR
No doubt, there are businesses that someone with little schooling,
little training and no serious business background can start. One of
such businesses is to open a bicycle repair shop. The basic things you
would need to have in place to make success from this type of
business is technical training on how to fix bicycles, bicycle repair tool
box, a good location, easy access to supply of and bicycle spare parts
and good customer service skill.

Weakness:
A major weakness that may count against us is the fact that we are a new
bicycle repair shop outlet in Balanga City – Bataan and we don’t have the
financial capacity to compete with other popular bicycle repair shop
outlets when it comes to retailing at a rock bottom prices for all their
services.
Opportunities:
With the rising number of people and household switching to cycling, It
provide us with unlimited opportunities to promote our business or
services to a large number of individuals and organizations.
We have been able to conduct thorough feasibility studies and market
survey and we know what our potential clients will be looking for when
they visit our shop outlet and avail our home service.
Threat:
One of the major threats that we are likely going to face is economic
downturn. Another threat that may likely confront us is the arrival of a
new bicycle repair shop outlet in same location where ours is located. So
also, unfavorable government policies may also pose a threat to businesses
such as ours.

Introduction Stage- The six marketeers bike repair service was
introduced in 2021.A home Service where we can help workers using
bicycle to go to work and Cyclist to repair their bike with or without
going to the bike shop. A bike repair service that we’ll be highly
competitive and will start a big impact here in Bataan.
Growth Stage – By the first half of 2022, the service sales started to
increase and grow drastically. The business doesn’t much pay any
attention to the competitors since there is a massive success to its
online store and home service technique.
Decline stage- It reached its peak sales in 2023, and since then sales
have steadily decreased due to the sudden increase of competitors
adapting different marketing strategy. But up to this moment, there
are no signs that The Six Markeeters Bike Services may be in this
stage for a long term.
Maturity stage - The demand for the service was continue to
increased by the later half of 2022 up to the first quarter of
2023,and received a lot of positive feedback from its clients. The
popularity of the business is spreading on social media. Resulting to
the creation of other extension/outlet to the nearby town of the
area.

Service Life Cycle - life cycle affects our rate of price. During the
introductory stage the firm charged lower price to gather more customers,
and during the growth stage. the firm may slightly increase the price.
Elasticity of Demand - If the demand increases the price of our service will
slightly to increase. In the other hand if the demand for our service
decreases the price of our service will also change to decrease.
Competition - Our service is priced based on market-oriented strategy. Our
objective is to use these strategies to ensure that its prices are
competitive, based on other firms' prices and prevailing market conditions

One thing is certain when it comes to bicycle repair shop business, if
