2.5mm thick.

18mm x 45mm MDF rounded edge skirting painted Dark Grey, BS10A11 Gloss.
DISPLAY WINDOWS.
18mm x 45mm MDF rounded edge painted White Satinwood Ref: 9003/BS00e55.
Site formed vinyl colour grey.
GROUND FLOOR CIRCULATION AREAS
Provide MF ceiling set at 3500mm above FFL.
Subject to site specific conditions.
DOORS.
Supply and hang fd30s and fd60s fire rated self closing doors as
prescribed by the site specific general arrangement plans.
also read with the door and ironmongery schedules prepared for the site
specific project.

clarification regarding frame sizes, door stop requirements, intumescent
strips, georgian wired vision panel setting out and glazing detail, doors

Wall surfaces prepared to be spray painted with
White Eggshell Ref: RAL 9003/BSOOE55 to exposed wall areas. Mist coat
of White Emulsion to seal off walls where not exposed i.e. slat wall panels
or where covered with other display fixtures or fittings
Ceilings.
Vinyl matt white emulsion Colour Ref: 9003/BSOOE55.
OFFICE, TOILETS, DISABLED TOILET, STAFF-ROOM, CORRIDORS, HOLDING AREAS.
CHANGING ROOMS.

All the following pipework and cables in ceiling zone and ceiling roof soffit to be painted
white: - Alarm cables / speaker wiring / cables, trays, conduits, power sockets / switch plates
and all existing landlord's services.

DRAINAGE
40mm pvc wastes to sink with 40mm trap and 75mm seal and rodding eyes at bends with a
minimum slope of 18mm/m.
32mm pvc bottle traps & waste pipes connected to new 100mm pipework. New soil stack taken
into 100mm VC subsoil drainage & connected to existing foul drain to rear.
100mm proprietary UPVC above ground soil pipe installation connected to existing rest bend.
Marley or equivalent all installed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
NOTES
1. Door Construction - Internal quality solid
plywood faced timber core, 44mm thick.
2. Vision Panel - size as shown Georgian wired
safety glass vison panels glazed using LORIENT
System 36/6 or similar approved.
3. Provide beech glazing beads.
4. FD30S Frames / Linings to be in suitable grade
softwood to sizes shown.
FD60S Frames / Linings to be in rebated hardwood.
Frames / Linings to FD30S/FD60S doors to be
rebated to receive intumescent strip and smoke seal
as ironmongery schedule.

10. Provide 3mm thick aluminium chequer plate
with bevelled edges where specified on the door
schedule ( see frame details on Sheet 3 of 3 ).
In particular doors within the delivery area are to
receive chequer plate and angle protection.
