  6. PICTURE / IMAGE ANNOTATION: LDM Implementation Plan PPSSH Strand: 1.2 – School Planning and Implementation Our learning delivery modality implementation plan has been carefully thought out to ensure the readiness of our school despite of the pandemic. We established the mechanism of organizing learners and managing learning for the month of August 2020 up to June 2021. Teachers were given a time to identify learner performance and progress every quarter, We let them to prepare monitoring checklist for the concerns and issues and give immediate solutions/actions. Under the learning resource management, it was stated in our plan to make an inventory of the available learning resources in order to reach 100% in all learning areas and grade across the quarter. These learning materials was discussed during our parents` orientation to receive and return to teachers for assessment. It was stated also in our plan the continuing professional development for teachers and other school personnel. We give them a timeline for monitoring their professional development activities and undergo school-based interventions in order to improve their competency in managing learning in the learning delivery modality. We have identified also the risk to prevent it to happening like learning management, learning resources and Teacher CPD. We considered and anticipated all risk factors and how to mitigate its impact. LDM Implementation Plan PPSSH Strand: 1.2 – School Planning and Implementation

  8. Based on the results of our Decision Tree in the Elementary department prior to the assessment conducted before the opening of classes, most of the parents/guardians decided to use Modular Delivery Learning using print modules for the following reasons to wit: 1. They are aware of the COVID-19 transmission. 2. Limited gadgets like desktop computer and cellphone for online class and modular delivery learning using digital modules. 3. No internet connectivity. So I made an innovation prior to the opening of classes last October 5, 2020. I advised my co-teachers to hold a short meeting with the parents everytime they will get the modules in the school. We convinced parents to shift into Modular Delivery Learning using digital in order to save time, effort and less contact with the others to avoid transmission of virus. At present, 16.14% of our elementary learners are using MDL-D while 55.32% for the high school students. Distance Learning and Blended Learning will entail some degree of self-directed learning. Generally, the older the learners, the more independent they are. Presumably, younger learners will need closer supervision and more intensive support from the parent or other household member (or community partner in the absence of a household member). 2. Beginning readers in K to 3 and struggling readers in Grades 4 to 12 will need special consideration and appropriate intervention. 3. For Grades 11-12, consider the practical work (laboratory or workshop) required to prepare for work, TVET or higher education. 4. Consider also the specific requirements of persons with disabilities (PWDs), indigenous peoples (IPs), and other groups with special needs. READ THIS! 11. Prior to the Readiness Assessment Tool in our school in the implementation of learning delivery modality, we always take into consideration the changes or modification as it is evident on the baseline and pre-implementation. Parents and learners were undecided at first as it is indicated on the table. They want to try all modes of distance learning. As to this note, the implementation itself is a big challenge, because too many considerations/ factors should be considered like Human resources, Material resources, Time management PPSSH Strand: 1.4 – Research and Innovation LDM Readiness Assessment Results + LDM Readiness Action Plan LDM Readiness Assessment Results + LDM Readiness Action Plan PPSSH Strand: 1.4 – Research and Innovation Learning Delivery Modality Readiness Assessment Tool FILL IN THE REQUESTED INFORMATION.
