physician office specialties, hospital IT and lab vendors, state Health Information Exchange, and 3rd-party vendor
team members.
Oversaw EHR project implementation from point of sale through all segments of project lifecycle, leading to
long-term customer retention.
Compiled Executive Sponsor summary and operational plans to executive level management, mitigating risks
throughout project life cycle.
