Practical tips to help with WFH:
It may be a dream for some, but working from home (WFH)
has its challenges. It can be difficult away from the social contact,
support, resources & structures of a regular workplace.

Keeping a daily rhythm helps manage the day
productively. Get up each ‘work day’, get
dressed (casual is fine, get out of pyjamas)
& eat breakfast at a regular time.
These ‘new normal’ working conditions may include working around
children, parents & partners. Give each other space. Be kind. Laugh.
And …wash your hands!
