The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model (EEM) is considered the most effective model for measuring organizational excellence. The EEM incorporates an organization's processes, products, and systems. Studies have shown how the EEM and other excellence models can be linked to the concepts of Total Quality Management. The EEM divides organizational components into enablers and results.
