1. Engage121 Overview – Most Important Features
Header – “Account”
-Hook up multiple social media accounts to your Engage121 account, including
Facebook page, Twitter account, LinkedIn account, Google+ account.
-Click the LinkedIn button on the left, click [+Add] button, it will ask to access your
LinkedIn profile information. Approve that, and it will connect into your account.
2. Home Screen – “Be an Expert for Your Community”
-From the “Industry News” section, you can review and postproduct-related content
from feeds from various well-established websites, including the New York Times,
American Express, and SmartBrief for various industries.
*BONUS – for any engagement through Engage121, you can “post now” or “post
later”, to plan for the week, or months, or days when you’re not available to post the
right amount.
-From the “Corporate Content” section, you can review and post product and
recruitment-related content created exclusively for Heartland employees.
-From the “My Content” section, you can review and post content from your own
library (set up in the Account section, under Library and My Content) – personal
blog feeds and pre-fabricated posts at your command.
3. My Business Tab – “Fan & Follower Conversations”
-From this section, follow ongoing feeds from your attached accounts, from
Facebook to LinkedIn, and comment, or “like” posts from within Engage121, by
clicking on “Engage Now” or “Engage Later”.
4. My Business Tab – “Post to Fans and Followers”
-From “Post to Fans and Followers,” you can send a message across all social media
platforms and decide when to post it. You can edit the message based on the
platform, as well!
