capita income formula; maximum $1M.

wastewater facilities for shovel-ready clean energy projects
lïŹâŻ Maximum grant available is $200K
â⯠Awards for applications with funding requests of less than $100,000 will
be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications accepted
beginning on April 16, 2014 and continuing until April 23, 2014.
â⯠Applications with a gap funding request of $100,000-$200,000 will be
evaluated upon a competitive basis. Evaluated based on cost
effectiveness, total projected energy savings and cost-share provided.

include funds for a municipal efficiency project
â⯠Requests can range from $100K - $250K per MLP
â⯠Partnership with DOER Energy Efficiency Division
lïŹâŻ Entities acting on behalf of one or more MLPs are eligible
lïŹâŻ Must commit to providing municipal energy
use data to MassEnergyInsight (MEI)
lïŹâŻ Quarterly and final reports will be required
that include efficiency program metrics,
measurement and verification (M&V) methodology
