Upon customer satisfaction released tools to production and created line art for brochures.<br />Designed special service tools for domestic and overseas (OEMs) including Chrysler, GM, Ford, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Land Rover and heavy duty accounts such as Detroit Diesel, Freightliner and Caterpillar. Found sources for common items in China and completed project in less than 3 weeks.<br />Used Baan (Enterprise Resource Planning System) to set up bills of materials, check on order status, complete order discrepancies, release tools to production and code and classify tools for future use in other applications.<br />Revamped and reorganized tool lab for customer/sales interfacing resulting in greater ease of use.
