LEADERSHIP STYLE
Two of my gifts include
Shepherding and Cross-Cultural
Ministry. As I exercise these gifts,
I want to model the Christian life
by nurturing spiritual growth and
maturity in myself and others. I
seek to evangelize, disciple, and
train others in my preaching,
teaching, and fellowship times.
My goal is to reach out to others so
that God might be glorified in their
lives as they grow in love for God
and those around them.
PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY
I seek to serve with other
Christians to glorify God in
evangelism, discipleship, worship
and fellowship. I believe that
people's lives are changed
forever by an encounter with
God through the Gospel. After
this relationship is established,
Christians grow spiritually as they
learn to walk by the Spirit. The
spiritual maturity of each
believer is a major goal for any
church. We must model the
Christian life and teach others to
live by the Word of God, pray,
and fellowship together.
