THE OPPORTUNITY
4. The Director of Product Line Management is akin to a general manager role and responsible
for leading a product portfolio running into the hundreds of millions.
The position partners with R&D, product management, sales, operations, strategic marketing
and business development. This leader will be involved in M&A activities in the department.
We are looking for:
• A high potential, not necessarily via mainstream leadership development
• Extensive evidence of successful leadership experiences
• Product management leadership experience in an industrial environment with an
international business
• Experience of either launching or turning around a product portfolio resulting in significant,
profitable growth
• Experience of leading change management
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement tools
• Track record of talent management and development
