Fleet Supervisor
Managed all fleet activities involving new vehicle ordering and body specifications,
licensing and registrations, fleet maintenance programs, DOT compliance, and
remarketing of all retired vehicles.
Reorganized our DOT compliance activities in order to meet FMCSA requirements as the
current program was not meeting the minimum standards. This involves 450 commercial
drivers and vehicles, and involves annual internal audits of 31 locations in Colorado and
New Mexico.
Moved our maintenance programs over to GE Capital/Element Fleet Services in order to
reduce vehicle costs on a fleet of over 800 commercial and light duty units.
