1. Chapter 2: Goals and time management
* How do goals help you strive for success?
- Goals help you achieve things that you want in life. For example, I want to get my PH. D in equine vat,
so I will set small goals to achieve my long-term goal.
* How can you create and achieve realistic goals?
- Before I set my goal, I would need to ask myself: do I have the hopes, the interests, and the abilities to
achieve this goal. Do I have the resources and circumstances to reach this goal.
* How can you effectively manage your time?
- To manage my time effectively I need to first analyze myself and schedule. First I create personal time
which gives me an idea when I have the most energy. Then I would evaluate the effects of your profile,
and lastly I would make a schedule or a to do list that I abide by.

* What are you good at and interested in?
- I am good with training and understanding horses. I am interested in being apart of the healing
processes in many horses' lives.
* What do you want to achieve?
- I would like to achieve my PH. D as an equine vet to get the dream job I want.
* What vales guide your life choices?
- I value myself and my dreams. I want to achieve my goals so I abide by school and house rules. I also
value my time in class to fully understand the material.
* Why do people procrastinate?
- People procrastinate because perfectionism, fear of limitations, being unsure of te next step, laziness,
or facing an overwhelming task.
