  • 3. Only B-school in India to focus exclusively on 'Entrepreneurial Leadership'. More than 100 entrepreneurs have coached our students in the last 4 years. 50% of our students take up senior level roles in 'fast and growing' start-ups.
  • 4. We aspire to be one of the Top 30 B-schools in India in this decade. A research published in IIM-A journal found us as one of the 4 most innovative/promising bschool in India, alongside ISB Hyderabad.
  • 5. Past Recruiters include: Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, Bertelsmann Arvato, Hettich International, Bayer Corp Science, Standard Chartered, Dun &n Bradstreet, Nestle, Modi Enterprises, Orient Kraft and so on.
  • 6. Minimum compensation offered to PGP’10 students was Rs. 4.00 Lacs with Rs.11.5 Lac (CTC) being the highest salary. Average was Rs. 5 lacs CTC. (More about placements at IWSB)

Students are assigned "mentors" (having wide corporate experience) to take them through their personal development. To name a few; Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani (Founder &CEO – Infoedge-Naukri.com), Mr. Shantanu Prakash (Founder – Educomp Solutions Lld), Mr. Sridar Iyengar (Board Member of Infosys, ICICI Bank and Career Launcher and Rediff.com) and the list continues..
  • 9. "Industry interaction" sessions (delivered by Practicing Managers) offer the insight (beyond discussing the Case).
  • 10. Students are also assigned "live projects" along with their academic curriculum to acquaint themselves with real world experience.
