services. Ocwen is headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia, with additional offices
in West Palm Beach, Orlando, Florida, Houston, Texas, Waterloo, Iowa, St. Croix,
U.S. Virgin Islands and Washington, D.C.
Designation – Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist
• Part of a process named ‘Commercial Servicing’ which includes
managing and taking care of all the Real Estate Owned (Properties) of
Investors in United States.
• Worked effectively on applications such as ‘Real synergy’, ‘Real servicing’
& ‘Real resolution’.
• Help in maintaining a sound database as there are different Portfolios.
• Analyzing the Financial Statements sent by the management companies –
Data Capture.

2.  Loan Boarding – Commercial Fannie Mae loans, Residential loans.
 Cash Management – Checking the wires coming in and also making sure
initiating the necessary wires on a daily basis.
 Research on tax payments and insurance expirations.
 Pending Tax and Insurance Reports.
 Having a track of wires coming in and making sure it gets posted in the
system within the TAT.
 Preparing operating statement and charts (Commercial loans for Fannie
Mae and Residential loans).
 Weekly Report – Residential Portfolio.
 Actively involved in taking over and sales of the Property managed by us.
- Pending and Sales Report – Residential Portfolio.
 Auditing the accounting package sent by management company.
 Bank Ratings report.
 Involved in training and supervising the new employees.
 Valuation – Involved in checking the agent’s report provided and help in
poetry the problems in the assets and also the present value of the same.
 Work Orders – Auditing the invoices sent by the management company
and creating the same.
 Debt Service Coverage Ratio – Actively involved in calculating the DSCR
for Small Balance Commercial REO assets.
 Close Out Package – Actively involved in keeping track of sold assets and
requesting close out package from the management company.
Assisting the Management
 Responding to client inquiries.
 Anticipating future needs of the systems.
 Ensure all work items are completed. Marking the Managerial Checklist as a
control to prevent any mishaps.
 Monitor the exceptions and ensure they are escalated to senior management.
 Review mailbox and ensure all items are worked on priority.
