FMCG companies have a limited time span to
test a new product in a supermarket to
ensure it works (6 weeks).
Make or Break is a research solution which
allows FMCG companies to recruit category
users (e.g. pasta sauce buyers) to pick up (for
free) a new product launched in the
supermarket that week. In exchange they
take a survey and provide valuable, in the
moment research.
Both The Imp app and your own app can
provide the coupon mechanism, as well as
the respondents, providing your customers
with yet another route to testing new
products and earning rewards.
We all have shops that for whatever reason, week in and week out, we will do our normal household shop.
However once or twice a week we will need to do a top-up shop. The Imp will give you a deeper and intrinsic
value as to why that shopper journey has occurred, either by triggering a survey or by asking them when
