• Multiple notebooks in the same category
can be grouped together, called Evernote
Stacks.
• Drag one notebook onto another and a
stack will automatically be created.
• This is helpful if you have more than 1 blog,
a few kids, multiple notebooks for business,
etc…

TAGS
• Tags are like manilla folders
• You can never have enough tags
• You can search by multiple tags
• You can scroll through the tags
• With tags you can create very specific filing systems.
• Dates (Y/M/D), File #’s, people, places, things,
topics, teams.
• Tags can duplicate notebooks.Tags can replace
inactive notebooks, and they should.

• Drag the ++ tags to the very top of the sidebar
• Drag the default .inbox directly underneath the ++
• Drag your main Evernote notebook next
• The rest of the sidebar should have whatever
