As COO of The Daily, my biggest job is to get
people excited about buying print ads.

I hosted several alumni reunion events in honor of
the new building we built with their donations.

complaints - sometimes
legitimate, sometimes not.
I make sure to smooth
things over and ensure
everyone is treated fairly.
10. I tweet. A lot.
I’ve been on Twitter since 2006 and launched the Daily’s Twitter
feed. I’ll use it to engage our users, respond quickly to requests/
feedback & build a stronger brand.
11. I make sweet videos.
I love making videos for the orgs I’m involved in. Airbnb users
will a better sense of the company, the product and the benefits.
13. I ran a social venture.
I cofounded Gumball Capital in 2007; we’ve run dozens of
entrepreneurship competitions across the country to raise funds
for hundreds of microloans to developing world entrepreneurs.

gymnastics.

captain to win the our 1st
NCAA Championships in
over 14 years.
