Media homework Jason Gambie 15/9 /2011<br />Essay question: the way in which we consume the media in the future will be different. <br />The way the world consumes media at the moment it very simple there is the generation at the moment that was brought up around book newspapers and no internet so they got media from TV newspaper and books, but now the younger generation is being brought up into technology which is taking over the media now, this has led to today people not using newspapers and books because much easier and cheaper ways of getting them. <br />33147002603500The media in the future will be all technology; the newspaper will be gone in under 20 years because the internet and apps on phones have led to newspaper not selling enough each year, every year 5% of newspaper selling has gone down so in 20 years there will no point selling so all go bust.<br />All news and media in future will be received by the internet, phones and televisions, but television are changing and will change more over years, televisions will not have time schedules because there not suitable for anyone anymore, everything will be on demand most teenagers will watch televisions online of bbc iplayer or YouTube .At the monument televisions have already started with store TV shows that watch at any moment but is improving.<br /> Phones are amazing pieces of tech they are small computer with same power, they have amazing internet speed streaming videos speed and apps for news and for watching media. And now from younger age children brought up with phones and thought how to use them when younger to lay games and watch media, so this means from younger age children will be getting phones and technology for media.<br />5080013398500 But last way and most important is the internet everything is being advertised, watched and being found out for school and college on the internet, anything you can think of you can find it on the internet, it is convenient because it easiest way, now if go round any home you will notice if don’t have a television or computer because they are now seen as essential pieces of tech for homes now. <br />1270088900000Now most people will spend their time on multiple technology devices at once looking at media, this because it convent and more suitable for people now we able to find information in book in second on internet compared to spending house looking for in book and finding book.
