OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: Capturing your exact manpower needs thru a DEMAND
LETTER and extending a personalized solution to your
recruitment requirements.
STEP 2: Execution of candidate pooling for your nationality of
choice and coordination with our business partner’s vis-à-vis
facilitation of embassy required recruitment documentations.
STEP 3: Profiling of candidates and securing of required work
experience and educational credentials/certificates. Trade
testing (if required)
STEP 4: Pre-screening and interview of Al Mana Recruitment
Services
STEP 5: Candidate endorsement to the Employer/Client for
shortlisting either thru phone, Telecon, Skype or in-person
interview
STEP 6: Successful candidates subjected to medical examination
and submission of required work permit visas will be
coordinated.
STEP 7: Facilitate on recruitment documentations/attestations
from country embassies for Employer’s accreditation and the
candidate’s passport stamping.
STEP 8: Pre-deployment seminars from worker’s country of
origin
STEP 9: Coordination of PTA, arrival schedules etc.
STEP 10: Notification of candidate’s formal joining.

OUR RECRUITMENT RATES?
Our competent staff will get in touch with you to secure
feedback in regards to your manpower requirement and we
hope to have the opportunity to discuss our cost effective rates,
our personalized approach and the difference of our brand of

SEMI-SKILLED – SKILLED CATEGORIES
For this category, our rates are based upon the volume of your
manpower needs along with the set fees required by the foreign
agencies (e.g. labour, operator, technician, entry-level category).
PROFESSIONAL CATEGORIES
For this category, our rates are based on One-Month Salary
offered to the successful candidate (degree holders, managers,
supervisors and licensed professionals).
