Two positions led to full time national corporate recruiter positions.
Work includes sourcing for top tier and critical skills candidates through creative research,
referrals, Linked In and other social networking tools, trade associations, Internet, string searches, job
boards and job fairs. Develop candidate pipelines.
Team with hiring managers and HR to assess needs and requirements and develop recruitment
strategies; best practices; develop behavioral assessments for prescreening and interviewing.
Develop selection criteria; assess internal and external applicants for skills, abilities, experience,
diversity and fit.
Drive hiring process to successful completion: provide assessments on candidates for evaluation;
schedule and follow up on interviews; guide decision-making process with management; extend offers
and counter offers; check references, initiate background checks and drug screening; follow up on visas
and relocation.
Establish relationships with candidates from start of selection process until start date and
onboarding. Support HR with recruiting metrics and timely notification of hires.
