Be Grateful
I believe it's one of the greatest lessons in life to be grateful for all the things we have and for who we are. Most of
the people are not used to being thankful anymore and just wish always for more instead of taking few minutes a
day to give thanks for what they have already.
There are lot's of studies about gratefulness and the benefits of it, I just would like to give you the link to one study
conducted by Harvard Health Publications.

Research on gratitude - Two psychologists, Dr. Robert A. Emmons of the University of California,
Davis, and Dr. Michael E. McCullough of the University of Miami, have done much of the research on

Feel Happy
I don't know anybody who would not like to feel happier and
more content in life. You can achieve this almost instantly by
being grateful for everything you already have.
Even somebody who lives on the street will have things to be
thankful for because he could think of a person who is
homeless and ill. Instantly, he will be so grateful for his good
health that he can feel content about his situation.

who are higher than you. That is more likely to prevent you
underestimating the blessing of Allah on you."

Sometimes we might be getting so consumed by trying to achieve our goals, that we forget that what we have right
now in our possession what used to be our goal. We really need to step back and practice more gratefulness by
taking time daily. You could write down a list of things you are thankful for, you could send a letter to a person who
helped you or you can add this to your daily prayers to thank almighty god for what you have.

3. If you listen to people who are successful you will notice, that they are always
very grateful for everything. You will even find them being thankful for the
roadblocks that were in their way on their path to success. They know exactly
that if they would not have encountered them, that they would be nowhere near
where they are today.
