6. The mission of Sodus Township School District #5 (River School) is to
provide each student a multifaceted education in a safe, supportive environment
that promotes self-discipline, motivation, community involvement and
excellence in learning.
Our goal is to assist students in their pursuit of knowledge and the skills necessary
for becoming independent and lifelong learners.
River School works with the families and community members to help their
students succeed and contribute responsibly to their communities as they grow
towards adulthood.
