At Change we like to form partnerships with our clients, meaning that we are there to
help them recruit when the need arises, but during the times when they are not looking
for new staff, we will continue to support their business wherever we can. Here are some

•	 Monthly Newsletter - if you have a job, special offer, competition or new opening
you’d like to promote, we will happily include this on our blog and in our monthly
newsletter which goes out to circa 62,000 people.
•	 Bespoke microsite - let us create your business a unique page on our website
where you are able to promote your jobs and delve deeper into what makes your
employment brand special.
•	 Social Media - we use our social media channels to give your company further
exposure by sharing your jobs, blogs and bespoke microsite page to attract candidates
outside our network.
•	 Change Website - everyone now has access to job boards which is why it is important
to us that we receive approximately 8,000 unique visits to our website each month and
receive thousands of applications to our jobs, giving our clients access to candidates
that would otherwise not be available.
•	 PR - where possible, we like to offer a free PR service to our clients. This includes
appointment releases being sent out to trade media as well as offering reactive PR
opportunities when they arise.
