Developed, implemented and managed Microsoft Project on Project Server and production project
schedules to communicate the tasks, timeline and costs for the proposal, contracts,material and

 For the data metrics implementation, cleaned up the legacy database system. Created task forces to

Manager,Inventory: Project Managed Transition Plan 2004 – 2005
Program managed the Aerospace CES project integration from one division (BRGA to ATS) to another
for the Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) function. Successfully transitioned processes,
product, systems and disciplines that resulted in improving on-time delivery to customers by 8% and met
quarter end inventory AOP targets. Supported the Planning and Inventory Manager on automation of
consistent inventory data, inventory analysis, planning and process improvements.
 Initiated and project managed the transition plan by holding weekly functional team meetings.
Functions included Supply Management, Production Control, Inventory Control, Logistics, Cost
Management, Planning, Revenue and MRP/ERP. Met 100 per cent of the plan milestones.
 Tracked and reported monthly metric scorecards of the project plan and inventory AOP.
 Developed, documented and implemented consistent process procedures into Honeywell’s Process

Manager,Inventory Project & Planning 2001 – 2004
Reported inventory metrics to both the Director and Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain. Led both
AT- Phoenix and CAP (starting 6/04) in the development of consistent, executable inventory management
systems and processes that resulted in exceeding AOP targets. Consulted with CAP on creating more
disciplined inventory management processes, enabling the organization to meet their AOP targets.
Reduced inventory from $120M to $26M, exceeding all AOP goals.
 Engaged Sourcing, Production Planning, Manufacturing and Quality to develop and implement a total
material delivery system (Kanban Signaling System & Kanban Signaling Forecast) that utilized the Six
Sigma Plus processes. The application enabled substantial improvements in supplier on-time delivery,
quality performance greater than 15% and reduced inventory exceeding AOP targets. The forecasting
module in this application used the Flex Fence technology ensuring a stable forecast to suppliers and
eliminating expedites.
 Using Six Sigma Plus and Lean processes, led the production planners/master schedulers to design and
implement master production schedule process improvements that resulted in 100% on-time delivery to
customers, greater than 100% cash flow linearity and permanent inventory management process
improvements.

 Developed automation logic of receipt of piecepart orders from contract manufacturers eliminating
excess inventory of greater than $10M. Process reduced the materials management cycle time by 25%
and ensured accurate automated invoicing for Accounts Receivable.
