JAMES R. PETERS, CFA, CFP
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & MANAGING PRINCIPAL
James leads Integress Financial, overseeing portfolio management, client financial advisory and business
strategy.
Prior to co-founding Integress, he was a Senior Investment Associate at The Private Banking and Investment
Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he managed more than a hundred million dollars of client assets, and was
responsible for client communications and financial planning.
James holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.
He received a BS from UNLV, majoring in both Financial Services and Managerial Finance.
DOMINIC J. RODRIGUES, CFA
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER & FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Dominic oversees asset allocation, risk management and investment strategies.
Prior to co-founding Integress with James, he spent more than 15 years in corporate development and investment
management in industries such as aerospace & defense, biotechnology, environmental services, information
technology, asset management, and finance. Dominic has successfully raised, invested, & managed hundreds of
millions of dollars through portfolio management, private equity, trading, and venture capital activities.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.
Dominic received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, an MSc in Economics from The London School
of Economics, dual SMs in Chemical Engineering and Technology & Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, and a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
DAWSON J. WHITE, CRPC
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER & PRESIDENT, WHITEROCK FINANCIAL
Dawson oversees all aspects of compliance and regulatory requirements for Integress Financial.
He also is President and founder of White-rock Finan-cial, a Registered Investment Advisory firm (RIA), licensed
in both Nevada and New York. Dawson began his career in wealth management as a Financial Advisor with
Merrill Lynch.
Dawson received an MBA from The University at Buffalo and a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh
Dickinson University. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).
