Supervision
● Coordinated and chaperoned activities for five clients in a shelter for a period of up to
one month
● Assisted in structuring daily activities with developing occupational and life skills
● Facilitated the transition from a professionally directed treatment plan to a
clientdeveloped and directed personal recovery plan
Reporting
● Composed and filed daily reports on client activities in an alcohol and drug treatment
facility
● Identified and properly reported incidents and resolved problems in the relationships
● Collected urinalysis (UA) samples from inpatient clients
Customer Service
● Led and directed daily living activities for up to five developmentally disabled adults in a
foster home
● Facilitated the process necessary to remain free from the addiction, informed clients of
the professional helpers within the community and about the prevalence, pathways, and
lifestyles of longterm recovery
