suppliers to deliver on commitments to customers.
The Loves Park operation is responsible for De-icing Valves, Controllers, Actuators, Motors, Fans, and Blowers to
support the Air Management System portfolio.
Contract - Supplier Quality Engineer –
 Help support the Quality group in preparation for a new release of Oracle by reviewing 1700 part numbers to
determine their serial number format, before importing into Oracle.
 Compare and close Receiving Inspection records that were not closed because of software system limitations.
This included 450 part numbers.
 Organize and label Non-Conformance material to prepare for a customer audit.
 Attend DSQR training and complete certification for this standard.
 Send, Receive, and update Supplier surveys for several issues: GIDEP (Government Industry Data Exchange
Program), DSQR (Designated Supplier Quality Representative), and Supplier Self Survey (Quality Assessment)
 Conduct First Article Inspection reports

Distribution Center management to satisfactorily complete and close the CARS (Corrective Action Request) in a
timely manner
 Learn and apply Procurement systems knowledge to identify components and blue print requirements; track
component movement history to aid in completing Quality Notices and 8D’s (RCCA) to suppliers
 Obtain ,ACE (Achieving Completive Excellence) Level of Practitioner and use Lean tools to reduce NCM (Non-
Conforming Material) to less than 24hr. turn time, thus reducing inventory to $440,000

 Created and collaborated on 118 page document to define internal processes to create, validate, and approve
material declarations to comply with the RoHS Directive
 Using Agile (Oracle) system to solicit, validate, and store product compliance and governance for printers
produced by Zebra Technologies
 Create and support “Ad Hoc” queries to the Part Lifecycle Management Agile Database to support the Director
of Compliance on as needed basis
