• Deliver in all aspects of the contracts’ KPI agreements through active monitoring,
auditing and reporting.
• Provide clear direction to the operational teams regarding Client specific service
requirements and support them to effectively deliver against these.
• Manage staff throughout the contracts to ensure a well-trained, motivated workforce,
with a strong focus on staff development and succession planning.
• Work in partnership with the Client to provide innovative FM solutions and the
continuous improvement of services.
