VMS & Payroll Services 
Introduction
PrideOne runs programs to assist our clients in managing their 
contingent labor workforce. We run three types of programs: 
 Vendor Management Programs: Full life cycle management of 
recruiting, billing, and payment of preferred suppliers 
 Payroll Programs: PrideOne acts as the employer of record and/or 
the prime vendor for onboarding contingent workers identified by 
the client hiring managers 
 Master Vendor Programs: A hybrid of the above: PrideOne 
provides vendor management but is also the primary vendor for 
fulfillment and provides payroll services for pre-identified workers.

What Does Do?
Client Benefits of VMS and Payroll Programs 
• Outsourced recruiting of VMS programs remove 
administrative burden from client HR or Sourcing 
• Vendor management reduces risk and cost and 
increases transparency of overall program 
• Payroll programs mitigate co-employment risk 
• PrideOne, rather than the client, would be 
responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal 
requirements for employers (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA 
etc.)
What clients might use ? 
• A client dealing directly with a large number of 
staffing suppliers 
• A client using “1099” workers or giving internally 
identified workers to staffing vendors 
• Mid-market companies: Most large companies already 
have a VMS, and we believe mid-market has a higher 
growth opportunity 
• In nearly any type of company there are opportunities 
for payroll.

  • 2. PrideOne runs programs to assist our clients in managing their contingent labor workforce. We run three types of programs:  Vendor Management Programs: Full life cycle management of recruiting, billing, and payment of preferred suppliers  Payroll Programs: PrideOne acts as the employer of record and/or the prime vendor for onboarding contingent workers identified by the client hiring managers  Master Vendor Programs: A hybrid of the above: PrideOne provides vendor management but is also the primary vendor for fulfillment and provides payroll services for pre-identified workers. 2 What Does Do?

Client Benefits of VMS and Payroll Programs • Outsourced recruiting of VMS programs remove administrative burden from client HR or Sourcing • Vendor management reduces risk and cost and increases transparency of overall program • Payroll programs mitigate co-employment risk • PrideOne, rather than the client, would be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements for employers (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA etc.)

What clients might use ? • A client dealing directly with a large number of staffing suppliers • A client using “1099” workers or giving internally identified workers to staffing vendors • Mid-market companies: Most large companies already have a VMS, and we believe mid-market has a higher growth opportunity • In nearly any type of company there are opportunities for payroll.
