• Hod Retired. Don Retired. I and others remained.
Change continued. New leaders came and went.
• I RECOGNIZED THAT
Those who were with us started something that I liked.
They created an atmosphere that I was able to fit into.
THEN, THEY WERE GONE.
It Was Up To Me And Those Around Me
To Affect The Atmosphere Around Us.
I told my co-workers that.
The atmosphere was not being provided for us as it was.
We now must provide the atmosphere.

How is the atmosphere affected? When the cycle of personnel change continues….. How is the atmosphere affected? MY EXPERIENCE….
  • 16. 16 MY EXPERIENCE…. • Hod Retired. Don Retired. I and others remained. Change continued. New leaders came and went. • I RECOGNIZED THAT Those who were with us started something that I liked. They created an atmosphere that I was able to fit into. THEN, THEY WERE GONE. It Was Up To Me And Those Around Me To Affect The Atmosphere Around Us. I told my co-workers that. The atmosphere was not being provided for us as it was. We now must provide the atmosphere.

Your ideas can go far, even without your knowing it. If there is a turn over problem, look at the first line manager where that turnover occurs.
