This document discusses a study on leadership practices of school principals. It examines the extent to which principals demonstrate instructional and administrative leadership, and whether this varies based on the accreditation level of the school. The study measures the frequency of demonstrated leadership in these areas and looks for significant differences between accreditation levels.

**Good morning. I’m Bryan Jake Gad, will be presenting to you my proposal,
-NCLC-MCA school system is a growing institution
-from its humble beginning, it has largely increased in both population and structure with more than 120 branches nationwide.
-it is established and dedicated to provide quality and relevant education which is accessible to all with emphasis on Christian living.
**So, dramaturgical metaphor in hand, I set about 2 purposes of my study
As for my significance of the study
I will make use of descriptive causal comparative research design.
Descriptive because I want to describe the characteristics of the administrators in terms of leadership.
Causal comparative in order to compare the administrators based on age, sex, educational attainment and length of service.
Weighted mean will be used to compute for the leadership style of the administrators of the different chapters. Standard variation will be used to measure the amount of variability of the weighted mean.
T-test will be used for sex. For age, educational attainment, and length of service, the researcher will use the non-parametric equivalent of t-test which is Mann-Whitney U test.
Limitations-
Through this study, we will be able to appreciate the leadership styles and when to apply it according to the situation that will arise, or in another words, leadership does not need to be gorgeous, it has to be effective so we can say that we are utilizing it appropriately
