Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the daily operations.
Responsible for all the activities in the lobby.
Proper checking of Registration cards and billing instructions to avoid risk to management.
Room inventory management from the respective of future day’s arrivals.
Dealing with Guest complaints effectively to their satisfaction without undermining the interests of the
management.
