Responsibilities:-
 Responsible for the daily operations.
 Responsible for all the activities in the lobby.
 Proper checking of Registration cards and billing instructions to avoid risk to management.
 Room inventory management from the respective of future day’s arrivals.
 Dealing with Guest complaints effectively to their satisfaction without undermining the interests of the
management.
